Nope i double checked loot s not random with a seed and the reason i wanted to put this seed out there was because i couldn t find any other 1 4 seeds with the water walking boots lol. I think in seed i put please god please i need this but im not entirely sure. Was in the left ocean.

This is a video on the ice skates item the seed works in terraria 1 4 0 5. They are found in water chests though they are much rarer compared to other water chest items they do not allow walking on lava although the upgraded lava waders will do so. That said water walking boots are somewhat rare in re logic s acclaimed sandbox game and this may leave some players searching for a terraria 1 4 seed where they can obtain a pair. I found a pair but i don t remember the name of the seed i did.
