The wall mount arrived in excellent condition with all parts included and exactly as advertised. V easy to work with great product and substantially cheaper than would have cost at big box store and or specialty tv install stores as in 60 70 cheaper. I was expecting shopping to take much longer but it was just two days. We rate this mount 5 out of 5 stars.
